DCEC EQB / B series automotive engine is four-strokes engine with 102mm bore and 120mm stroke, Equipped with Bosch (or BYC or Weifu) pump. engine comes with turbocharger and Air- Air intercooler. The prime power range is from 92 kW to 210 kW.

Development of Datong-Gear Company
Datong Gear Factory was established in 1958 and has a history spanning 66 years. Initially, it was not named Datong Gear Factory; it was known as Datong General Machine Tool Factory, which did not specialize in gearboxes and gears. Its main products at the time were locomobile and centrifugal water pumps. In 1963, Datong General Machine Tool Factory was renamed to Datong Agricultural Machinery Parts Factory, primarily producing tractor parts and cast iron pipes, which marked a slight connection to the truck industry. A year later, in 1964, the factory underwent another restructuring and was renamed Datong Gear Factory, formally entering the gearbox business. It began to focus on the production of heavy-duty truck gearboxes, engine gears, and automotive transfer cases. By 1997, Datong Gear Factory completed its corporate reform and transformed into Shanxi Datong Gear Group Co., Ltd., which is a state-owned asset company affiliated with Shanxi Province. After the reform, Shanxi Datong Gear Group Co., Ltd. continued to produce the main products that were its focus prior to the reform.
